Just returned from a very enjoyable stay in this small and very friendly hotel.
The cleaners do a great job and the bar staff are very accommodating and the bar manager organised a birthday cake when he found out it was my fiancée birthday.
Air conditioned rooms with free safety deposit box and satellite TV. 2 gift shops and free pool towels.
Location is probably perfect, away from Naama bay centre but with courtesy bus on an evening and the taxis costing appx £3 if you miss the last bus back. Also the bus does daily runs to the nearby sandy Sharm bay beach.
Snorkelling and dive trips are best arranged through Mario at Sinai divers he is always near the pool and much cheaper than through your rep.
Samir is on hand to do henna tattoos and is keen on pushing people in the pool but we got him back!
Taxi prices need to be agreed before getting in and should be appx 30 Egyptian pound to Naama but you may feel like your at brands hatch as they don’t know the meaning of the word slow.
Don’t miss the chance to quad bike across the desert in fact I think we need to go back to finish off all the things we didn’t have time to do.
All in all a great holiday and a place we would readily return to for year round sun!

The complex was really nice and I loved the way the balconies over looked the pool. The cleaner always did a marvellous job and our rooms were always sparkling. The staff were always really friendly and helpful as was the tour guide. There was always something to do and the beach was a short bus ride away. The food was great with a nice variety and something for everyone even vegetarians. The pool was really nice and the entertainment was really good, although there wasn’t alot it was suitable for the environment and town was easy to get too. I will definately be going again.

Fantastic place to stay nice & quiet, clean with great staff who work so hard, lovely pool looked after by Mohamed at first u will think ‘OMG’ with his English phrases but he does grow on u, he has a big heart & works so hard, he’s top banana.
Food is nice but gets a bit boring as they don’t change the menu so if u go all inc your stuck really, rooms are nice & well kept you wont need to take towels so will save you space & weight as they are provided for beach & pool & the ones in your room are changed every day & are so thick & soft Egyptian cotton I think the best.
They have two nice gift shops that don’t hassle you like the ones in Naama & old Sharm is so hot & you never see a cloud so no break.
Trips are a must especially the boat trips you must go snorkelling it’s amazing. The bus is a great help as taxis are a pain you can't walk 5 paces without a honk on the horn shouting ‘TAXI’ you will see what I mean it does your head in.
The bus runs quite often reef beach (my fave) is nice to swim with the fish Sharm is better for the beach & do great cocktails to die for, you are in for a treat & wish I was going with you, ENJOY I will deffo go back ;0)

One of the smaller hotels, 50 odd rooms, just outside the bustle of Naama Bay.
The rooms are very comfortable, Air conditioned (Not too noisy!) and above all, very clean.
The pool is the cleanest I have been in for ages. The “Diamond Geyser” does a great job. Nothing is too much trouble for him or any of the staff.
There is a very extensive menu, which caters for all. I can recommend an Omelette for Breakfast, and the desserts are to die for!
My wife Lesley wanted to take the Pastry Chef home with us!
There is a Diving Instructor in the hotel, (very reasonable) and a masseur at the back of the pool. Also reasonably priced.
If you are looking for a place to unwind without too much hassle, this is the place. There is a local Supermarket ten minutes walk up the road. A must for drinking Water.
The temperature was 40 plus for the week we were there. Absolutely Marvellous break.

A good comfortable and clean hotel with friendly staff. The pool was kept very clean. The food was of a good standard. The bar was a little limited on choice of wine and spirits, but this is normal for Egypt. A little out in the sticks from Naama Bay it is quiet and relaxing, but for only 20 Egyptian pounds (£1.80) will get a taxi into town, where shopping and night life abounds. The hotel has an arrangement with two local beaches for free entry and they provide free transport to and fro. One beach, Terrazina near old Sharm is well worth the visit. We enjoyed it so much we are returning over Christmas, though we both dive and that is the main draw to Sharm el Sheikh and the fact that it a quality holiday at a cheap price.

Having read reviews on this hotel before going I was expecting a quality service, sadly this did not happen. I have travelled extensively and staid in many different types of accommodation from top hotels to basic hostels and this one comes very near the bottom of my rating list for customer care. There were a number of incidents during the holiday that concerned me.
I had personal belongings stolen from the poolside, I also had belongings broken by the cleaners in my room ( no explanation or apology). I had to complain twice about loud music being played in the early hours of the morning (4.00am), I know one guest had to ask to move rooms because of the racket made by the staff partying by the pool when the guests had gone to bed and other guests who also couldn’t sleep because of the partying staff. These late night parties were a regular occurrence.
We lost the water in our room for a day and when, after riding in the Sinai, we asked if there was somewhere we could shower we were told there were no empty rooms. I then heard the receptionist ask another member of staff if he had finished cleaning a vacant room. We had to use the poolside shower in front of the dinner guests- not fun! There were also changes to the shuttle bus that guests were not told about and an elderly couple were stranded at the beach when they were desperate to get back to the hotel. We shrugged these things off accepting that different countries have different standards.
On our last day (the big change-over day) the general feeling amongst the guests was that the staff were only interested in our money and once that was gone they didn’t care about the guests. Sadly this was true- we settled our bill by credit card and were assured that everything was paid for.
Just before we left we were accosted like criminals by a member of staff demanding further payment for a bill that they had lost and included things we had not received. We asked to speak to the manager and were hoodwinked by someone claiming to be the manager who told us he did not care if we were paying for goods that we had not received or that we would have to pay extra commission on our card. A member of staff also said very derogatory things to my husband and made an offensive gesture which is easily translatable.
We paid the bill and the real manager turned up being very apologetic- unfortunately it was too late our stay at the Falcon Hills had ended very badly. We were maybe unlucky but we will not go back there or recommend the hotel to anyone and with the many hotels in Sharm I would say "you have choice don’t take the risk. "
On the plus side the attached dive centre is fabulous staffed by great people-Mario, Tarek and Tiba and caters for non-residents.
