This hotel is the best we have stayed in, in Dubai. We have stayed here in 2005 and 2006 and are going back this year.

Well, got off the gulf airplane (which was fabulous and would recommend them every time) Because I was business class customer they sent me to the hotel in a limo, got to the hotel and that’s where the wonderful journey started!

My experience is that this hotel is terrible.
They have increased the price from that was originally booked by 50%. Made me wait for 2 hours to find a room. Offered me a room type that was smaller and without balcony. The pool was... read more
