Tryp Barcelona Aeropuerto

I needed a hotel in Barcelona two nights ago, only because I had to catch an early flight out the next morning. This was after 2 weeks of exploring Spain. This hotel was modern, clean, nicely furnished, quiet, and comfortable. The restaurant offers a dinner buffet, which I liked. My only complaint would be that the thermostat unit confused me, but that might be a culture thing :) Overall, two thumbs up!

We stayed at the Tryp Aeropuerto for one night at the beginning of November. We were flying out very early the next morning. It was an excellent choice of hotel. The rooms were modern, sound-proof, airconditioned and clean. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful. The airport shuttle was on time and fast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel close to the airport in Barcelona.

I stayed here with my family (wife and 2 kids - 3and 5) after an evening arrival at Barcelona before heading north to France next morning. Found the shuttle a little hard to locate on arrival but thats probably my fault for not reading where to get it before leaving. Short shuttle trip to the hotel followed. We stayed at this hotel for one night. I found it excellently placed for the airport and as we could not get a hotel in central Barcelona we opted for this hotel. They have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The room was very nice and spacious. It has a really nice bar and they have food on the menu until late. Good all round airport hotel.

Only stayed for one night on our way through, but we could have stayed longer. Hotel is near the airport and our room was next to a dual carriageway but we could not hear the traffic as the sound proofing was excellent. Will definitely stay there again, and will travel into Barcelona to see the sights and know that we can come back to a quiet and very comfortable hotel.

We stayed there because we flew in one day and flew out the next, so we wanted to stay near the airport. Good plan, the hotel had a frequently running shuttle to the airport and the train station. The train takes you to the center of Barcelona and it is all walking from there (or use the excellent underground system). The hotel was quiet, modern, and very clean. You can buy time to use the internet on one of two computers in the lobby. Highly recommended.

Very nice airport hotel, especially for the money. Somewhat isolated but great shuttle service to/from airport so you can take the train from there if desired. Rooms have contemporary design and very nice. Also excellent front desk and small restaurant inside hotel make for a comofrtable stay. Also in room pizza delivery. FYI cruise passengers: We took a taxi to the cruise terminal for 30 euros including baggage. Would be a great business hotel too.

We always stay here when visiting Barcelona, even though its an airport hotel its quiet and away from the city rush , great after a full day sightseeing. New, excellent service,shuttle bus to the train station as well as the Airport.

We stayed here one night and were very impressed. The rooms were modern and very comfortable with lots of little amenities. The free breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint was that the free shuttle was a bit of a hassle...you have to wait until it fills to go anywhere and if you are in a rush it isn't very helpful. A taxi to the city center costs between 15-20 euros.

Great hotel! great price too, only 80 euro. Seems like a brand new hotel, very clean. Much better qualily than most **** hotels in europe. Hardwood floor,and marble bathroom and sound-proofed. But dont' expect any views We were impressed because afterall, it is an "airport hotel". But they do have a 24 hours shuttle to and from the airport. So we were able to hop on the metro from the airport and went to the city for shopping in just four stops, on our way back, we called the hotel to have the shuttle pick us up!
