The trip from the airports (Chania of Herlakion) is a long one but for all the time it takes, it is worth it. The final descent from the mountains on the Chora Sfakia road has to be experienced. Words are simply inadequate as the view is incredible.read more

Good hotel with room overlooking incredibly blue sea, constant sunshine and not a drop of rain. We learnt some Greek - only to discover that the hotel staff came from Hungary, Croatia, Bratislava and Poland and didn’t understand a word of it!...
