I stayed in this Hotel, with my wife, midweek for two nights in April.
It is in an Ideal location, just off the Placa de Catalunya and a couple of minutes walk from La Rambla. The Train form Barcelona airport took 20min and the hotel is a 3-minute walk away from the station.
The H10 Universitat has recently been refurbished and holds a 4* rating. The rates were excellent 160 euros for two nights, the rooms were modern and clean and very well equipped. I can't comment on the hotel food as I didn't try it.
I would not hesitate to go back or recommend this Hotel.
