We chose this hotel as it was near to the airport with a free shuttle as we were picking up a hire car at the airport 2 days later. We used the hotel shuttle bus which arrived in a few minutes. We found this hotel excellent value for money, the rooms were of a good standard and the breakfast more than adequate. We used the train to get to the centre which was a 15mins walk from the hotel. I booked this hotel for a three night stay in Barcelona. I was travelling with my husband and another couple. Although I had read reviews that the hotel was not really suitable for a base to visit Barcelona's attractions, the hotel was cheap and we decided to give it a go. Good airport hotel with nice room decorated in a boutique style. Very good breakfast with nice dishes to choose (even calamares ;). Hotel has own 24 h transfer between El Prat Airport and Hotel (about 5 minute journey). The buses stop is between terminal 2 and 3 or you have to just call the hotel reception. Also 4 soft drinks (water, coca cola, juices) in your minibar are included in your room price so nice surprise after arrival Recommended :)

As noted in the title above, this hotel was a pretty nice hotel. I was very surprised and impressed at how beautiful and romantic the room decor was; the bathroom was pretty roomy, modern, and very clean - all marble. Note that this hotel has a free shuttle that picks you up from the airport, but you must CALL the hotel to tell them you're there (unlike other hotels, that run a shuttle every x amount of minutes); they also lag a little on the pickup so expect to wait ~20 minutes longer then they say. It gets the job done as an airport hotel but that's about it. The free shuttle picked us up at 1am from the airport and drove us back in the morning. The location is creepy but who cares. I wouldn't stay here for any reason but convenience to the airport. If you need to call the shuttle, the hotel phone number is on the hotel shuttle pick up sign outside the airport.

If you need a hotel for an overnight, this is it. The room was clean and big, and the bathroom also was big. It even had disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, blade and the fridge had a couple of sodas and water for free too. I booked this hotel for the free shuttle and I called them from the airport and they gave me a pickup location (late at night too) and then I booked it for my return to the airport the next day. Both were on time.

The physical infruastrucure of the hotel was great i. e room etc but the customer service for ethnic minority client was far from acceptable. The staff was very unhelpful and rude each time we rang or went to the front desk to enquire about anything. Even attemtped to over charge us on check out. The bar was closed when we tried to get stuff to drink and order food. It was very obvious the service we recieved was very different from the caucasian clients at the hotel. If you need to be near the Barcelona airport then this is the hotel. Upon our arrival to the airport we called for a free shuttle. It arrived within 15-20 minutes. The pickup point is outside between terminals B&C and has a sign listing the hotels serviced. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet and the room was a good size. Our family of four stayed just one night en route for the Costa Brava after a late evening arrival at Barcelona airport. The airport shuttle worked just fine and we were not left waiting too long at the airport. The front desk was excellent, making us feel very welcome on arrival and providing very good advice about public transport the following morning. This hotel is a great hotel for the airport. There is a free shuttle which picks you up or drops you off from the airport which is about 5 minutes drive away. The hotel itself was modern and clean, the bed was v comfortable and the bathroom spacious. It is also convenient to get to the centre of Barcelona too from this hotel, you will need to walk 5 minutes and you will get to a train station which you can take to the centre in about 15 minutes.
