We were slightly disappointed with the hotel. The day we got there the water was not working in any of the bathrooms. Theis was fixed by morning with a lot of banging.
Because the floors are all marble and timber to the corridor the hotel is very noisy, if anyone is around in the corridor or the adjacent rooms you can hear them, if you are a light sleeper don’t stay here. I am not and it took me a few nights to get used to it.
The hotel is in the perfect area, looks very stylish, the hotel staff are not particularly friendly, oh but you can have complimentary tea or coffee... between the hours of 5.30am and 7am....
However it is a good base, for the sights, just disappointing if you have paid full price.
