Recommended this complex by friends who stay there 4/5 times a year. Beautiful apartment, totally refurbished to a very high standard. Very spacious accommodation and outside terrace overlooking the pool area. Walk way close by is being landscaped which will provide a lovely view when completed. Very well kept complex and pool area. Cannot fault the facilities on site and surrounding areas. Close to town centre and beach, and for the size of the complex its fairly quiet. Booked direct with the people on site who were very helpful.

the san marino complex was an absolutly lovely place to stay, located in a lovely place where the atmosphere is always LOVELY!
i stayed there with my family and we were never bored of things to do, the pool area was lovely and relaxing, even with the children, they were also a joy to watch as it is such a happy place. no sad faces!
the cheers bar is lovely, and you get to know and love everybody!
the apartments were clean, and very livable, nothing was a problem for us.
i would HIGHLY recommend the san marino apartments, that is if you do want a lovely holiday!

Great Hotel. Location in calm place. Centre of San Antonio is 15 minuts is a 10-15 minute round trip. Nice large room. Good pool. Helpful Staff.
Swimming pools were lovely, not overcrowded and good music played throughout the day. Only one bad thing - lifts were sometimes out of order.
Everything was good!

san marino apts are the best ive been staying at the san marino apts for the past 12 years with my family for cristmas and new year.
there is every thing you need shops, bars, all close at hand.
we rent a penthouse on 6th floor its lovely the view is great and most nights you can see the lovely sun set.
the penthouse is lovely and clean there is every thing in there you need even a washing machine.
the sun is on the balcony from about 11.30 am untill sun goes dowm.
we have such a wonder full time we wouldnt want to stay in england for christmas or new year.
i would recommend these apts to any body.
were are all going out dec 23rd 08 and my friends to.

Our apartment was booked direct with the owner and was like a home from home - it even had matresses to take to the pool so that you didn't have to pay for sun beds.
The gated apartment blocks are spotless and are urrounded by lush greenery, The pool was supervised 10am until 6pm, the only downside is that the kids are not allowed to wear their t shirts in the pool, which was ok for us in November but not ideal if it's August. Also no playthings allowed, not even an inflatable ball. Cheers bar was very friendly and welcoming, in fact so were all of the surrounding bars and restaurants. The town/beach/harbour are just minutes from the apartments, just watch for the time share touts. The dolphin show at the waterpark was brilliant, even better I thought than the one in Florida! We had a great holiday and have booked to return in September.

I loved staying at the San Marino apartments. It was not a very far walk from the town and the harbour, and right next to the complex was a row of bars and a supermarket, it was perfect if you want to get to know people who are staying round that area (and if you want to have a great laugh) The swimming pools were large and great for children, and they was a large sunbathing area where you can hire sun beds and drinks and food are delivered to you from the cheers bar. Overall i really loved it and i am going to come back year after year.

Good location for Los Cristianos and no steep hills to climb. Good value for money and 1 bedroom apartment was nice and spacious.
Did see a 2 bedroom apartment that friends were staying in and this did seem more cramped (had same amount of space that the 1 bedroom had but squashed another bedroom in!)
Only downfalls were seeing 1 large cockroach in the room (suppose this is a downfall for Tenerife) and having to pay for use of sunbeds and mattresses around the pool area.
Will be staying there again though next year due to location and value for money!

Just arrived back home today after a weeks stay. Be warned. Major building works to drains opposite complex ! Very noisy most days with the building site clearly visible and a large channel dug from just behind the San Marino complex from top to bottom ! JCBs you name it, big wagons filling up with big rocks from the hole come and go throughout the day. Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday are the only quiet periods.
The complex itself is very well kept. Lovely pool area surrounded by flower bushes. Our apartment was well equipped and spotless. Plenty of bars and restaurants a stones throw. We did get used to the coming and going of all the vehicles on the building site, but what else could we do ! We managed to laugh about it. I booked the apartment online myself and wasn’t told of the ongoing work on the local drainage system..

We have stayed at San Marino Apartments numerous times. When we first stayed there, we had actually paid for and were supposed to stay in Torviscos, but accommodation in Torviscos was so poor, we booked San Marino via travel agent in Tenerife and transferred to these fantastic apartments.
San Marino is a great complex and rooms are very spacious, well equipped and very clean. We have recommended San Marino to many people and they all have enjoyed their stay at San Marino Apartments. Pool area is spacious and again kept very clean. Food in Cheers Bar (bar within complex) is lovely and you are always made more than welcome at this family orientated bar.
San Marino is a great place to stay either as a couple or with children and I will certainly continue to recommend these apartments to people.
