This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. When we got there the hotel looked like a building site. The rooms where small but clean. We knew the hotel had a nite club and on previous occasions we had stayed across the street in a different hotel that also had a nite club and it didn't bother us. This was like being in the middle of the nite club when actually we were in our room trying to sleep. The room had double double glazing that wasn't properly sealed, which wouldn' have helped anyway because of the vents in the wall. Next day we asked to be moved and were moved immediatly. They gave us the card key and we went to our new room, the bed had been slept in and hadn't been changed, staff reasured us it would be. We came back later in the evening and about 11.30 I fell asleep having had no sleep the previous night. I awoke around 12.30 am and heard someone coming into our room. My husband jumped and asked them what they were doing, they had a card key that reception had just given them. Thinking it was a mistake they went back down to reception. We got back into bed and tried to go back to sleep. 20 mins later security were at the door wanting to know what we were doing in the room. Next morning they offered us 10 euros back. We were totally insulted and told them to keep it
