The hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was elegant with luxurious bedding, the staff were friendly and always polite and genuinely happy and pleased to talk to you.
There is the optional extra cost of breakfast which is served in the restaurant, here you can also buy lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, and this is buffet style with a whole host of goodies to please every taste.
Although if you are saving on your expenses a very well presented complimentary continental style breakfast is served in another area in the hotel which would be enough also to suffice any appetite with a good selection of croissants hams cheeses jams etc.
They also have a third area to eat where I and my partner only tried the evening meal which again was buffet style, a little expensive but lovely food so worth it.
The hotel has a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna etc which although we did not have the courage to use in early February, it looked as though it was kept exceptionally clean.
The only slight drawback was it was a 10/15 minute walk in to the main town. My partner and I walk everywhere pretty much as we don't drive but even the 10-15 minute stroll if you need to keep going back can prove a little tiring if you have been sightseeing on your feet all day.
There is a bus though that you can catch directly outside the hotel into town, if you feel lazy!
All in all the Hotel is well recommended and Dublin too!
Enjoy Ireland!
