The hotel stands next to the ecological park, in carefully tended tropical gardens, at the quieter end of Varadero’s 20 kilometre, stretch of white sand beach.

Comments:	Check-in, delayed for some, due to rooms not being cleaned. Food, service very slow, even with tipping staff still ignored you. Barbeque down by beach only cooked one persons meal at a time, causing long line-ups and wait times. C... read more

Comments:	We first arrived at our hotel to find there were problems with our rooms (Kuoni had changed our hotel 1 week before departure) and they wanted to put my family in 2 rooms (we were on our honeymoon and have 2 small children) at opposite sides of the hotel.... read more
