Check-in, delayed for some, due to rooms not being cleaned.

Food, service very slow, even with tipping staff still ignored you. Barbeque down by beach only cooked one persons meal at a time, causing long line-ups and wait times.



Could always find something to eat. Service in main dining hall almost non-existing, as waiters ignore you. A la carte restaurants enjoyable, but again except long waits. Drinks, lack in variety, slow service. Crystal beer refreshing.

Pool clean, beautiful and refreshing.



Beach, gorgeous!!!! Plenty of beach chairs. Towels for rental small rental fee. Not many shady areas.



Activities, only very limited supplies. One volleyball for whole resort. Few tennis balls and rackets. Non-motorized water sports mostly unavailable (stated because of weather conditions, although things looked calm in the water).



Room, clean, maid very friendly, always clean towels and beautiful towel art left on bed. Fridge in room always restocked as asked. Bathroom clean, with nice stand up shower. Be careful of rooms on main floor, easy to get in to, lock any valuables. Grounds are impressive with beautiful flowers and well maintained.



Overall, enjoyable, but more money than worth! Would try somewhere else next time!

We first arrived at our hotel to find there were problems with our rooms (Kuoni had changed our hotel 1 week before departure) and they wanted to put my family in 2 rooms (we were on our honeymoon and have 2 small children) at opposite sides of the hotel. 2 hours later this matter was finally resolved and able to go to our room with two very miserable, tired children. Room was clean and tidy and cool, but the children had camp beds to sleep on instead of proper beds.




Hotel was always very clean and tidy and everyday the maid would also style the towel into some wonderful creation, which was always pleasant to come back to.




Food tended to be a problem as there was not much variation in the buffet.




Hotel staff tended to be mostly pleasant, but be aware that when waiting for food or drink that you need to be assertive or you wont get served (e.g. will let you stand in front of them for 15 minutes and ask everyone else in the queue what they would like before you actually have to but in and state your order). Not the best of manners from some of the staff.




Not a great deal for children to do, although there is a kids club, my children at 5 and 8 found it boring.




All in all I think that there are a lot better places to go for the money we spent on this holiday.
