The hotel is situated in Nago a lovely village a couple of k from Torbole, 90c on the bus. Well worth a wander around with frescos painted on the walls.
We enjoyed our holiday very much. The room was on the third floor with views over the mountains and vineyards.
The food was lovely. There was a good choice and we tried quite a few "Italian" dishes. Staff were always helpful and friendly.
The pool was set in a garden with trees for shade and it was lovely to lie on your lounger with the smell of the lavender around you, very relaxing. There was also a breeze so it didn't feel so oppressive in the high temperatures.
Our holiday included lunch, self service with lots to choose from (sometimes what had been on the menu the previous night) or a packed lunch if you were going out, tea and cake / biscuits at 4 - 5 p.m. and wine and water at dinner. Altogether a very good offer. After dinner you could have a drink on the terrace. We found that the prices were actually cheaper at our hotel than in the village!
