The worst hotel ever! This hotel is as far away from the tourist attractions as you could get - situated in a run down area about 2 miles from blue mosque etc.
Staff here were morose and barely smiled. They couldn’t supply us with basic info regarding costs in there own Turkish bath. During our 2 week stay the doormen on duty did not bother to open the door once.
The key card entry to our room refused us entry to our room on 4 separate days.
Food was truly awful - honestly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had anywhere and staff had a tip box for money next to buffet. For most of our stay we think we were the only guests.
Rooms and hotel were clean though - but not enough to make up for what in essence is a really bad hotel. Airport pick-up they arranged for us on arrival was a shared mini bus and cost 4 times as much as the private transfer we independently arranged back to airport.
Istanbul is wonderful and its people great - this hotel was not!!
