Traveller reviews

fantastic

"We have just spent our 7th weekend with Debbie and Dave in 8 months - that says it all. I would not stay anywhere else in Exmouth."

spotless, convienient to beach and town, very friendly, and good food

"My husband and I took my Mother for a 3 day holiday and stayed at Aslema, what a lovely bed and breakfast place it was. Debbie and Dave made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was beautifully cooked with a good choice.Debbie gave us so much information of where to go and places to eat which was so helpful we wouldn't hesitate for a return visit The only bad point was the parking which in high season would be worse I expect ,but being so close to the beach and the town was a bonus. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY."

Thank you so much for your comments, we just would like to make guests aware that we have arrangements for off street parking with a private car park a few yards from here in the height of the season.

A friendly, convenient home-from-home.

"Very well situated for the beach, town and all transport links, Aslema is clean, comfortable and unpretentious. The hosts are the kindest, most friendly and helpful people, who take real trouble to make you feel at home, and to get the best out of your stay. I had a good nights' sleep, a clean, hot shower and a super breakfast.

Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent location, immaculate accommodation

"The Aslema Guest House is well located near Exmouth sea front, the accommodation is immaculately clean, fresh and comfortable, and the breakfasts are first-rate. This was the third stay for my husband and I, not only can we be sure of a friendly welcome and comfortable accommodation, but Aslema has a good location, making it an excellent base for days out. Very good value."

Spotlessly clean, comfortable B+B would definitely stay there again.

"We found The Aslema B+B on the internet and didnt know what we were going to get for what we paid. We arrived on the Friday and our room was ready straight away.We had a nice warm welcome and the room, as was the rest of the house, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, breakfast was very nice and of a high standard. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other people. It is just a couple of minutes walk away from the town centre with lots of bars and shops aand close to the harbour."

A lovely place to stay.

"We were warmly welcolmed to lovely Aslema. It's a lovely guesthouse, bright, clean and very friendly. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless with all facilities and the bed most comfortable. There were a variety of different breakfasts to choose from and the full English with its endless rounds of toast and real butter is superb. Just a short stroll to the beach and the town, we would wholeheartedly recommend Aslema as a wonderful place to stay. Debs and Nick, Cheltenham."

Smashing Breakfast

"After a long drive from london we were made to feel so at home by Deb & Dave. The breakfast was smashing and just too much after a good nights sleep in a clean and comfy en-suite room (didnt need to eat again till dinner). So close to the beach and town we loved it and have booked to go back in August. Anyone who wants to feel at home should stay here without any doubt."

Warm welcome, immaculately clean and very comfortable

"We really were so impressed with Aslema, the room and ensuite were lovely, comfortable and so spotlessly clean. Wed had a long journey and it was so nice to be in such a clean and comfortable place with such a warm welcome. Really nice to have modcons in the room-TV (loads of channels), tea and coffee, and the shower was lovely! Its on a quiet road but is literally 1-2 minutes walk to the sea front. We were staying to go to family day at Lympstone CRMTC where my brother is which is less than 10 minutes away so it was ideal. We will be staying longer next time!"
