great family orientated resort

visited solar dos vilarinhos in august 2003 and was my first time to portugal, met lots of great people which always makes the holiday one to remember. all staff were friendly and helpful!! apartments were clean, comfortable and well equiped. resort is situated a mere 5 min walk from the strip which i thought was excellent. swimming pool and surrounding area was child friendly with bar and resturant over looking. poolside is facilitated with sun loungers and parosols for those who would prefer to be in the shade during the peak time of sunshine. resort is very close knit, friendly faces soon become friends!!! cant wait to visit solar dos vilarinhos in 2004 and meet up with friends that i made there!!!
