Mirachoro Sol Hotel

i stayed in the mirachoro for 2 weeeks last june
the apartments were huge!! loads of room really clean!
really close to the strip, the pool area was kinda small and really really far away from the beach!
the staff were horrible and we got charged 130euro for a 5 minute phone call!
def would stay again but wouldnt go in june because it wasnt hot enough, its kinda expensive aswell!

Absolutely perfect. Young couple, plenty to do in the area. Pool was luxurious and rooms clean and tidied every day. Food was of a top standard.
Wouldn’t hesitate in re-booking again.

The hotel itself is quite nice and the rooms are very spacious. If there are a few of you going at the same time, be prepared to wait in the reception for the lifts as they are about the size of a small box. It took us half an hour just to get to our rooms on the first night.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is a bit of a set back as it get very hot in summer.
The hotel pool is very small, but if you go to the hotel next door; Minicherro, you can use their pool and it is great, very big and deep.
The resort is great, the hotel is located near the top of the strip and just across the road is a pub called Father Ed's, which has some great entertainment every night of the week all for free entry and reasonable prices.
Take a trip down to the old town for a busy night out; it's well worth it with the street entertainers and busy, busy bars.
The beach is great, but take a towel, as you will be charged 15 euros for 2 sun beds.
The resort is still a bit of a building site but not as bad as to put you off your holidays.

Me and my my boyfriend enjoyed a one week stay at the Mirachoro.
The apartment was really spacious the pool wasn't the biggest but we preferred the beach anyway and it was great that the hotel ran a courtesy bus service to Praia da Oura and also to Fishermans beach in the old town.
The bus driver was really friendly. The beaches are both beautiful but we got ripped off on Praia da Oura beach, as we got charged 15 euros for two sunbeds!
The nightlife on the strip was nice and lively but we preferred to get a taxi into old town as it had more atmosphere. Had a really nice meal in Lizas restaurant.
If you get the chance try and see the street entertainers in the square well worth a watch. The only downside was that the drinks were really expensive!
Would go back again definite for two weeks to get more chance to explore and do some trips.
The Mirachoro is a nice place to stay but i think it would be a bit noisier in high season as there is some Irish themed bars opposite.
