The Crowne Plaza in Salzburg is a great place to stay for a city break and I would thoroughly recommend it.
It's within easy walking distance of the centre of the city and close to some of the sights.
We had an enormous bedroom with plenty of room for a fold up bed for my young son. The room was beautifully furnished and was very clean.
We ate breakfast in the hotel. There was an excellent choice of things to eat. The hotel also has a beer cellar with very good food.
The only downside about the hotel was the swimming pool which was on the small side.
