The Balaia Plaza was clean and the staff were very friendly. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't use it much. The air conditioning took a few days to get working properly and is a must at night time, the room got very warm.

The hotel was clean and kitchen was well equipped for a self catering holiday. Pool area was sun kissed all day and kept spotless. Service was excellent, had a little accident with the kettle, which was replaced straight away!

The apartments were huge lots of room. Bring a travel iron with you as they only have one iron in the complex impossible to get a hold of it. The indoor pool was lovely but you have to buy swimming caps before you go in 3 euros each.
