Hotel warm and clean. Housekeeping services daily to the rooms. The room facilities were very basic; only one plug socket to the room and that was in the bathroom. No facilities to make a drink in the room and no drinks even if purchased from the hotel allowed in bedrooms.

Hotel restaurant basic. If full board you will be disappointed to find that the main meal of the day is at lunch time and therefore often missed if out on the slopes. Buffet style evening meal mainly supported by salads.
<br><br>
If you require more than your quota of one sausage or chicken leg from the buffet you will be sadly disappointed. There is very little friendly service and you will be moved around the restaurant daily, seated next to anyone who has a space available. Staff very unfriendly and mainly rude at meal times.
<br><br>
Do not expect a smile, and fight for your quota of food, wine &amp; coffee in the mornings. Great cheese board!
