Hotel Description:

Approximately 28 kms east of Heraklion Airport. At the end of the fishing village of Hersonissos, the King Minos Palace Hotel lies off a secluded path. The hotel consists of 137 rooms and bungalows, built in Cretan style, and set in attractive gardens. All rooms have bath, WC, telephone, music, air conditioning and balcony or terrace. There is a large swimming pool with child area, two floodlit tennis courts, minigolf, childrens play area, mini club, restaurant, bar, pool bar, self- service restaurant, bridge room, TV room and kiosk and a broad range of water sports is available on the beach.

The hotel staff were fantastic nothing was a problem. The main resort was a 15 min walk away and 20 mins to the harbour.
