This is the 3rd hotel we have stayed at in Benidorm and is by far the best. The staff all spoke good English and were polite and friendly. We went with 2 teenage daughters and asked for room together which we got. These were clean and well equipped and included a fridge.... more

just come back from hen weekend in the rialto. it took a while for the 14 of us to be checked in and had to wait to go to our rooms. but our rooms where spotless and a decent size. some even had 3 beds instead of the 2. the food was very fresh and plenty of choice for... more

I have just arrived back from a weeks stay at the Rialto Hotel a family of 5 two adults 37/35 and three boys 11 , 7 and 5 i must say before i start the only negatives i will give are the entertainment which in winter is non existent the tv's (you need them when you have 3 boys who go to bed by 9pm we dont believe in leaving our kids and going out etc , we all know what could happen! ) the stations are limited and after 9pm bbc 1 just dies so its true movies 1 or 2 for you and they arnt very interesting cnn bbc world or... more

I can't believe that the last person on here said it was Rubbish. We have been in a lot of hotels, not just in Benidorm, and this has to be one of the best. We stay here at least twice a year and love everything about it. We have recommended it to Family and Friends and they too have enjoyed their stay. The staff go out of their way to help you and are very friendly. The food is very good and there is always something on that you like - no chips are not always on at night but if you go away to eat chips every night then you might as... more

we booked this hotel for a week on the 31st aug 2007. rooms were lovely and clean... but that is about the only good point to this whole holiday!! the staff at the hotel were very ignorant, the food was not very nice with absolutely no choice at all!! (chips were served at breakfast... not dinner time) everything seemed back to front. would not recommend this hotel or benidorm as a whole. very disappointed!!! more

Return visit to the Rialto after 8 years This is a first class hotel the upgrading was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull, rooms and food top class .This will certainley be on my list of re-visits pretty soon
Excellent Value for Money

This is our third stay at the Rialto and it was, as usual, excellent. The view from the back rooms in not very inspiring but we normally only go for a couple of nights when travelling up and down Spain. The rooms are always clean, the water piping hot and the meals are inexpensive and plentiful. The hotel is up a slight hill and might be difficult for disabled persons. Near the beach but slightly away from the hustle & bustle - excellent! more

just back from the hotel rialto, our first time in benidorm, so we only went for a week, and now wish we had gone for 2 weeks, the hotel is great, the food is very good, and lots of choice, and the hotel all over is very clean, nice freindly staff, everything you need for a brill holiday, will certainly be going back to this hotel, but staying longer, cant fault it, more

Just got back from staying at the Rialto hotel we were there from boxing day untill the 2nd jan, and we had a great time, couldnt fault the hotel at all, the staff are very friendly and work very hard, the rooms were a good size, loved the food and gala night was fantastic, they really put on a good new years night for us. if there was one thing we didnt like then it was the slight hill from the beach and shops but when it got too much for us we took a taxi which only cost 4 euro, by the way the weather was great come home with lovely tans. more

We stayed at the Rialto june04 but this year we decided to try another one because its up a slight hill and we had a wheelchair to push!! However...... After realising that our hotel was really rubbish (july06) we decided to pop in and see our mate Cesar who works in the Rialto bar and has kept in touch with us since our last hols. Booked a last minute weekend trip to Benidorm and found a gm in this hotel at a very god price. The hotel is clean abd the food was very good, the staff were welcoming to us as a group of 10 in the early hours of the morning. The hotel itself is kept quiet in the night by security (suited me just fine) even though we were all out very late we respected the other gusts. Stayed here for a week full board from 22nd April 06. This is the first time we tried full board and I think I've put on at least 7lbs! The breakfast was a choice of either continental style or you could have 'full english' complete with black pudding. The lunch and dinner menu were first class, the fish dishes were really good and I can honestly say we enjoyed every meal.
