Well we had to wait 2 hrs in the midday heat for our room but it was worth the wait, spacious and very clean. The food in the restaurant was really good all through our 10 night stay, including the "black pud" on the breakfast which was a 1st for me in 20 yrs of holidays.Location is good if you are active enough for the hill the hotel sits on. The only thing to put me off a return visit would be the lack of british in the hotel when we stayed, although most guests were spanish and very unsociable it still was a pleasurable holiday.

This is the 3rd hotel we have stayed at in Benidorm and is by far the best. The staff all spoke good English and were polite and friendly. We went with 2 teenage daughters and asked for room together which we got. These were clean and well equipped and included a fridge. The maid called everyday. The food was excellent even for 4 vegetarians with plenty of choice. Even an ice cream machine which had different flavours every day! Entertainment at night was mainly for the Spanish guests but we didn't mind this as we went out most nights, although beer was only 2 Euros which is reasonable for a hotel. The hotel is well situated in a quiet area with not much noise after midnight, just people walking home. Would recommend Queen Mary pub about 20 yards over the road 1Euro a pint with basic pub food. We went there lunchtimes and for a drink before dinner. Ideal as internet and telephone place next door which was always busy if you need to contact home. (which our girls did everyday!) We would definately go back again. Benidorm is what it is but without a doubt is the best value for money holiday we have had.

just come back from hen weekend in the rialto. it took a while for the 14 of us to be checked in and had to wait to go to our rooms. but our rooms where spotless and a decent size. some even had 3 beds instead of the 2. the food was very fresh and plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. just a few minutes to the beach and close to the centre. we will all be booking again
