I took my mother aged 73 for 10 days to the Hotel Orange unfortunnately my mother took ill the first night of our stay.
The comment I would like to make is regarding the staff and how so nice they were to me as my mother had to stay in hospital for 6 days and nothing was to much trouble for them. When ever I needed a taxi for the hospital they were there also I had hired a scooter for my mother and there had been a mix up with 2 hire companies and again they were there for me and sorted everything out also not a day went bye when they would ask me how she was so only for the staff it would have been a very lonely 6 days for me on my own in the hotel.
Our room was just facing the Cafe Benidorm but it was not a problem as you could close the doors and have the air conditioning on also it was quite entertaing some nights just watching everybody going along so well done and a big thank you to all the staff at the Hotel Orange

Hotel Orange, sited across the road from the night life.
Fabulous accommodation, clean and secure.
Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.
Canteen serves a wide range of fresh food – even for us veggies,
The rooms are spotless and have air-conditioning n- a must evening in the month of May!
Can’t fault the hotel, location or resort. Would definitely recommend to any age group, singles, couples or groups. Planning to visit again next year.

JUST HAD A LOVELY WEEK AT THIS HOTEL. IT WAS THE CLEANEST HOTEL I HAVE SEEN.
THE KITCHEN WAS IMMACULATE, I WOULD EVEN SAY IT WAS CLEANER THAN MY OWN.
WE COULD NOT FIND FAULT WITH THIS HOTEL EVEN IF WE LOOKED.
MOST OF THE BARS THOUGH SEEMED A LITTLE BIT SEEDY WHICH POSED A PROBLEM IF YOU HAD KIDS TO ENTERTAIN.[like a mini soho}. AS THE HOTEL DIDNT CATER FOR KIDS IN THE LINE OF ENTERTAINMENT. BUT IDEAL FOR AN ADULT HOLIDAY OR FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND THEY DID PROVIDE PLENTY OF DISABLED ACCESS.
THE FOOD WAS ALWAYS FRESH AND WELL PRESENTED AND PLENTY OF IT.
THE ONLY PROBLEM WERE THE ROOMS WHICH YOU COULD HEAR EVERY SOUND FROM THE ROOMS NEXT DOOR.
DONT GO IN FIESTA SEASON AS THE SPANISH AND PORTUGESE TEENAGERS CAUSE ALOT OF NOISE AND DISRUPTION.
ANYWAY GREAT FOR CHEAP FAGS AND WEATHER IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THE SUN, WE HAD ABOUT 5 HOT DAYS OUT OF 7 SO NOT BAD.

My husband and i stayed at this hotel mid feb for 1 wk half board. What can i say other than excellent! An immaculately clean hotel. The Food in the hotel was very good quality. I am very fussy with meat and fish and must say i was very impressed with the quality on offer. The meat was fab and the fish to die for. Great selection of salads and vegetables to cater for every taste. Good breakfasts lots of choice. The room was very nice not too small. The beds were very comfy and we had fresh bedding every day. The only thing i would say is that the walls were quite thin, But It was not a problem for us.(quiet neighbors!) All in all i would highly recommend this hotel.

This was an outstanding holiday. The accommodation was clean, modern and spacious. The room is close to the centre. The restaurants in Benidorm are excellent value. There is a wide variety of freshly prepared food. The price of the holiday is expensive the entrainment and activities which are included represent excellent value for money. Room service was daily. Towels and bed linen changed each day.
The resort is bust with a varied range of activities for all ages and all weather conditions. The beech is sandy and the sea shallow. The beach is close to the resort. The swimming pools are large and clean. There are children areas in the pools and they are well supervised by life guards. The Benidrom market is well worth visiting. Mundamar is worth going to.
All in all an outstanding resort and holiday.

Last year the food in the Orange was a bit bland and disappointing and we were in two minds whether to risk it and return to this hotel, we did make the decision to return to the Orange and had two weeks 6th Oct - 20th.
We have now been to the Orange for the 6th year. The food was out of this world, fresh and well cooked, piping hot, and lots of choices whether you prefer meats, fish, salads there is something for everyone. The sweets are fabulous with at least 10 choices. This hotel is not suitable for young families with children; to be honest it’s more of a couple’s hotel, depending on what you want in the hotel.
I cannot praise the hotel enough for its cleanliness. Reception staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. One downside is the size of the lifts, two of them are very tiny, and during mealtimes you are waiting for a empty lift.
Also if you are a light sleeper and allocated a pool view room, then ask to move to the back of the hotel especially if you are a guest between June and September, the noise is horrendous from the square where all the young un's gather, noisy pubs and nightclubs all of which are within 75 metres of the hotel. The young un's are still in the streets at 6 in the morning blowing their whistles, singing, dancing, and shouting.
I don't want to put anyone off the Orange as it is a marvellous place to stay but I am just warning you of the noise.

Excellent hotel in a central place near Benidorm square. About a 20 minutes steady walk into the centre of the old town. The room was clean, room service was good and the food was excellent.
Shopping in Benidorm is good with a massive market twice a week. This is 5 minutes from the hotel. There is a good range of shops in the old town.
The beach is big and sandy and at this time of the year the resort is full of older people and the clubs are closed.

Brilliant hotel food excellent also the service and the night life is superb....best comedian in Benidorm by far is the absolutely hilarious ''Oliver'' he is at the whitepapers he is funny go see him and the rest of the show is simply the best show on the Costa love it.
The beach is superb but we lay round the hotel pool and the service is second to none the staff are friendly and most helpful the rooms are very clean and we will be booking all our holidays at the orange.
Benidorm’s entertainment is great and the Orange hotel is a must!

More like a retirement home than a hotel. Staff were rude. Meals were nothing special.
It said in the brochure that the hotel was suitable for couples, should have said couples celebrating their golden wedding anniversary.
Would not recommend this hotel to any one under the age of 50.
On the plus side it was clean and well located.

My first visit to Benidorm, we arrived at 1.00am and the noise coming from the pubs in the street made me very wary, but even although we had the Benidorm cafe on our doorstep we slept at night ok, thanks to the air con, which there is no charge for.
The thing the really annoyed me was the fact that I get up early all year round for work and had to again every morning at 8.00 for sunbeds and a parasol, there were plenty of beds but some people never used there’s till after lunch, although there is a sign saying that the beds can not be held for longer than half an hour, the rooms were clean and fresh towels every day, the food was buffet style and although I am a very fussy eater there was always plenty on offer, the hotel is in the very heart of the nightlife but there were all age groups at the hotel, but if its a really quite holiday you are after you would not like this hotel, the only thing I can say negative about it was the pool, it was not cleaned very well, very cloudy at times and very salty, more attention the that and it would have been better.

I stayed here early November.
The food was excellent as was the nightly entertainment in the sanctuary bar at the hotel. The bar prices were cheaper than some places outside.
The location is ideal as well, very handy for the beach and night life and the local market every Sunday and Wednesday.
The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed a couple of days around the pool, the sun terrace above keeps the sun long after the pool has been put in shade by neighbouring hotels.

The hotel was very smart, really nice in fact, the staff were also very nice and helpful, we did have a few problems while staying at the hotel, one being how small the rooms are for a family of three, another being how thin the walls were.
You could here everything from the rooms around you, even the bathroom noises, which was not very nice, my family had a problem with the food, as I thought it was far below par, with the food being very repetitive, and not cooked well. If it wasn’t dried up it was undercooked, the hotel also does not cater for children when it comes to food, so even though we paid full board we ate out most of the time, as my little girl wouldn’t eat the things on the menu, things like veal and ling fish, so if your thinking of taking children then i would not pay to go full board.
The pool was fab, a bit crowded, you had to go down early to get sun beds, but it was kept clean, my general review of the hotel is that it is a stunning hotel when it comes to the decoration, the night entertainment being quite good also, but as the hotel is in the centre of Benidorm nightlife then if you don’t like what show the hotel put on then you only have to step out the doors for more choice.
The security at the hotel was good, with there being a guard on each night, and while we were there we didn’t hear of any trouble what so ever, my final review is that it is a good hotel, but shame about the food.
