We arrived at midnight with 6 children. coach driver had dropped us off and told us to keep walking straight ahead and we will see our hotel.It was dark and frighting for the children as we did not know where to go it took us 25 min to find our hotel.we had walked passed it... more

The hotel is superbly located less than 5 mins walk from sandy beaches and close to centre of town and all amenities. The staff are all friendly and professional. The hotel is extremely clean with beautiful rooms and balconies. There is a wide choice of food, and AI drinks.... more

Ok, i booked last minute through teletext online and paid £400 for a week all inc. Now once we got there (35 euros/ 20 mins) from airport we got a room with a balcony facing the pool. Room was very basic/ bathroom was horrible!. To be fair though room was cleaned/changed... more

Was deading staying here, as read reviews after booking, but, however, went with an open mind ,I have visited many hotels in Greece, and this by far the best great location and very very clean by most greek standards, rooms spacious, towels and linen changed daily. A few minutes walk to lively nightlife if you want it, but quiet enougn at this location if need your sleep, best of both worlds! we think this hotel is totally misrepresentd.it is NOT A 5* we have stayed in better 2*.the beds were hard, the aie conditioning noisy,the food terrible.photo of hotel very misleading,we thought we were at the wrong hotel.there was no entertainment and the babacue was extra even though we were allinclusive.the lounge bar was never open and all guests had to squash into the bar pool on plastice tables and chairs.the resort is loverly but ths hotel has put us of going to crete again mr mrs mason

The hotel is not 5 star by ENGLISH standard, but who cares. Food was good, clean bedding and towels every day, nice pool,biggish bedroom, all the alchohol you could drink, beach close by, sea view from balcony, nearby sea front and plenty of bars , shops cafes etc. We will go back one day.

We arrived very early in the morning and were expecting a lovely room and a very posh hotel with it being classed 5 star. We got a dark dingy room where the lightshades looked about a 1000 years old. The fridge ice box door kept falling off and was like an igloo. There was no rail in the fridge to stand your bottles up in. This is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, when we checked in we were led down the road "to one of the other of the hotels blocks", although the sign actually said the Alia hotel ! When I complained they said there were no other rooms for 2 days. So, I went to check the rooms in the Alia, found they were disgusting and went back to complain, this time speaking to the manager. This is not a 5* hotel but a 2* hotel at the best. it is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. it has no children's facilities, the swimming pools are disgustingly dirty making my hair green and they are over 6ft deep and very dangerous for younger children and non-swimmers. it is not all-inclusive as there are no snacks during the day except for a dried up old biscuit the size of a 50 pence piece with tea. the staff are ignorant and unhelpful and hate the english. if you are english you barely hear your own language spoken as everyone is... more

When we got to the hotel we were put in the other small hotel they owned with no security(2girls on our own) no pool really(6ftx6ft) and def no view other than that of another hotel. This hotel was not by any means 5 star ,we booked all inclusive for the first time and spent just the same as self catering! Therefor no goodies were bought. We went with another couple who have very good experiance of five star and all inclusive, i know if we hadnt this place would have put us off all inclusive for life!!
