My Mom and Dad have just returned from holidaying at the above hotel they are now recovering from the worst experience they have every encountered in all their holidaying years.
This is an awful hotel unclean rooms shoddy with unsafe electric exposures throughout hotel. The Pool was dirty never cleaned while they were their, the pool bar was never opened they had pigeons living in their which you could imagine the mess which they left! very unpleasant. They were locked out the restaurant one night as they couldn’t cope with the volume of people in the restaurant at one time was given no explanation. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. Noise throughout the evening from the younger guests.
The food at the hotel was okay.
The resort was for younger ages not suitable for families and couples.
This hotel was suitable for partying teenagers which I would rate at a 2*. My overall rating 0 and would advise anyone not to book there.
