The Sport Hotel in Ellmau is a very big hotel with some 160 beds. It is most obviously big when one enters the lounge, or to be more exact, the lounges because there are many of them. These range from the cosy to the newly built luxurious one with its wonderful view of the... more

Have spent an excellent holiday in this very well run hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The position of the hotel is just on the verge of Ellmau, a lovely town in the Austrian Tyrol. The food was possibly better than one would get in a 5 star hotel. The restaurant staff... more

Everthing about The Sport Hotel can be simply described as quality. The food in terms of presentation, choice and quality would shame some gourmet restourants. Prices are also a big plus particularly in the summer. The rooms are spacious clean and most have a balcony with mountain views.
