We booked this holiday with Thomas Cook. The first time we had booked with this company, we did so over the internet, a decision we had worried about due to lack of customer facing staff but a decision we were glad we made.

I agree with the lady from Sheffield about the resort, the only down side being the bar that had singing every night. O.k. if you don’t need an early night or don’t have kids.

This was our first family holiday. we have 5 children - 2 with special needs. We felt that we could not have gone to a better resort. The staff spoke really good English.
