My staying in Magda was excellent. The relation between price and quality offerd were magnificient. They have very nice food with a huge buffet at breakfast and 4 or 5 options at dinner .The Hotel is very clean, the staff is great. The bar is equiped with snooker, table tennis, board games and it is located in a very central area. If bedrooms were a little bit bigger i would surelly rate it 10.

Accommodation good with excellent service. Breakfast good but dinner menu was a bit repetitive after 14 days. Entertainment varied and not in your face.
Pool and sunbeds very clean and plentiful. Beach 100 yards away with Anna still in charge keeping everything clean and tidy, with still time to have a chat and offer friendly advice.
Plenty of restaurants in town main street if you get bored with hotel. Numerous bars but we preferred the Anfield Bar on the first corner of Main Street, owned by very nice Cretan couple.
Majority of people staying at Hotel were French with a wide range of ages. Car Hire from Voyager (50 yards from Hotel) was best deal (90 euros for 3 days).

Magda hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have been to. It’s very quiet and peaceful, with three excellent pools to choose from.
The majority of the staff here are the nicest people you can meet (like most Greeks actually), especially the waiting staff. The food is excellent but does tend to lack variety.
The rooms were very clean and spacious, linen and towels were changed every day, and had almost everything we needed.
It’s very mixed hotel nationality wise, at the we were about the only English family there. The main nationality is French, but however I found the French rep quite rude.
Overall, Magda is a excellent hotel in a great area. A short walk away in the town are plenty of shops and bars, where again the people are very friendly.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel, if you are thinking of staying there you 100% should.

The Magda hotel is the best hotel by far in Gouves. The rooms are very clean and roomy. The hotel is very clean and well kept, the pools are great. The staff are all very friendly and will help in anyway they can. Any problems were dealt with straight away.
The food is good and alot of variation, but is more inclined to fit in with other Europeans.
The beach is just 400 metres straight down the road. On the beach see Anna, she’s in charge of the jet skis and sunbeds etc. It costs 6 euros to rent out 2 beds and a parasol. It is kept very clean.
If you see her tell her hi from Steven & Claire. I promised her I would put her on the review.
Everyday you can get fresh fruit from the van on the road, then you get the doughnut and sandwich sellers on the beach, the doughnuts are to die for, they are big. They cost 1.5 euros.
The aqua park is very good, hats costs around 50 euros per couple with transport there.
Would say more but no space left. Magda is a good hotel.
