My partner and i were relocated to this colditz sorry complex after being told that our accomodation we had formally booked was full/closed by different people, if you dont mind all spanish tv, with the exception of one german channel thats ok,. we had to ask for a kettle, a toaster, and a washing-up rack ,the latter could not be provided, we had no water on two occasions for about 1/2 hours at a time, the apartment was not attended at any time for cleaning, which meant the bedding was not changed for one whole week, when i mentioned this they just ignored me, incidentally english is not understood or indeed spoken by the general population in that area, so if you want the holiday from hell go ahead and book don't say you were not warned.
