We've been to Benidorm many times and this is the only time I have been unable to have access to shower facilities before our flight which was not until 20.20, not acceptable!

Just returned from Hotel Poseidon Benidorm. Great location for everything - shops restaurants bars and entertainment. Lovely clean hotel numerous facilities including the use of an indoor pool at the sister hotel.

Hotel was very nice, rooms were ok, staff were ok except round the pool area. The food at the hotel was disgusting, it was the Spanish holidays while we were there so it was 90% Spanish in the hotel and they catered for them. I know we were in Spain...

Accommodation was bright and clean and adequate for 2 adults. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the Poseidon Palace was excellent and made our holiday! The buffet meals were more than ideal.
