My family and I have just returned back from the Poseidon Hotel and would go back here again and again.



The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel was spotless. We were here on a half board basis and could also not fault the food. The first night we had Beef & Yorkshire puds, the second night was pork. We ate out Saturday night, as it was my husband’s birthday.



The Hotel is in a great location about 5 -10 mins walk of all the shops (old town) and bars.



The staff were also very friendly and the rooms were cleaned each day. My parents also came with me (they hadn’t been to Benidorm before) and were also very impressed. This Hotel comes highly recommended.

Just returned from Hotel Poseidon Benidorm. Great location for everything - shops restaurants bars and entertainment. Lovely clean hotel numerous facilities including the use of an indoor pool at the sister hotel.



Food not great but acceptable and who goes to Benidorm for the food anyway?



Central heating/air conditioning, balcony TV phone hairdryer, and power shower.



Do not confuse with Poseidon Complex which is not in such a great location and is in the quieter area.

First time to Benidorm, the hotel was like living in another world.



The room was massive for the 2 of us. It was very clean. The food was plenty to choose from in the restaurant.



The entertainment was not to our liking but we didn’t stay in anyway if you stay here you must go to the tower brilliant pub.



Will defo be going back, the staff were more than helpful, and the maids came in every day without fail.

Hotel was very nice, rooms were ok, staff were ok except round the pool area. The food at the hotel was disgusting, it was the Spanish holidays while we were there so it was 90% Spanish in the hotel and they catered for them. I know we were in Spain but we had upgraded to full board and we ate out almost every day.



The good thing about it being the Spanish hols was there was never a problem getting sunbeds. The daytime entertainment was not bad, we never stayed in at night time to find out as there is there was too much to do in Benidorm.



We won’t stay at this hotel even though it well situated close to the old town which we like, but we will go back to Benidorm.

We found the hotel very nice, kept well clean, the pool area was very spacious with plenty of sun beds.The location is very good close to the old town with some good bars and restaurants close by, but the time of year we went was the Spanish holidays so the hotel was 90% Spanish (I know we're in Spain) but that is what they catered for in the dining room. My wife who is not a fussy eater even complained about the food, but beside the food the hotel was very good.

We have stayed at this hotel twice before this was the reason for booking as always we not disappointed, the hotel is spotless in the rooms and public areas.



The food is very good with plenty of choice and the staff in the dining room are excellent. There is entertainment in the bar area don't know what that is like as we go into town at night because of the location it is easy to go to the new or old town.

Accommodation was bright and clean and adequate for 2 adults. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the Poseidon Palace was excellent and made our holiday! The buffet meals were more than ideal.



The location was very near the old town and church and entertainment in the evening was readily available. We made many friends here on the 6 times we have visited. We have recommended this hotel many times to our friends.
