The only reason I've given this hotel a 1 out of 10 is because I can't give it minus figures, the form won't let me!!
Appalling hotel, rude manager, unpleasant reception staff, uncomfortable room with none of the amenities listed in the brochure, tiny pool, dirty section of hotel beach with cigarette ends everywhere, mediocre food with little choice day after day.
I could go on and on!
The stay started badly with our room being unavailable until mid afternoon - no apologies, finally a grudging explanation from the head receptionist after the manager had come out of his little hole to tell us to be quiet in reception.
I'd been on the move for over 24 hours by then, I'm not sure how I kept from doing him bodily harm! The room was uncomfortable to say the least; no phone, no hot water, no hairdryer, an ant infestation was a real bonus!
The food was the same day after day after day - very little choice. Very little room in the dining area, with too many tables crammed into too little space - luckily no-one stayed that long over their meals!
The pool bars were pretty poor; only beer, gin, vodka and brandy were local drinks - everything else you paid through the nose.
There seemed to be lists of rules everywhere; no toys in the pool, no eating outside food at the pool (what?!) no putting sunloungers on the grass - there was so little patio space, one wondered where else one might put a sun lounger if not on the grass!
The supposed outside dining area was never open, the indoor bar was never open - we know that because we asked one of the tour reps, he'd been going to Beis Beach for 18 months and the bar had never been open - why even have it?!!
And so there it is, the only good thing about Beis Beach Corfu was leaving it - We've 'done' Corfu, we shan't bother again!

i just got back from my trip today and decided to get on and tell people how this hotel really is. the hotel it's suposed to have 4 stars but they dont even come near 3, the food is horrible, but i did get a few days of decent food, the cups and plates look like they have just been rinsed and not actually washed, grease and fingerprints are all over them; the size of the rooms depends, i got a small one and in the bathroom we had a shower cabin that looked like it came from the 80's. the shower head was rusty and it broke 2 days before we left and nobody replaced it. at the pool, the bar looks dirty and u only get served out of plastic cups, the employers there are a little cocky, and the beach outside of the hotel is not sandy and the water is not clear, but it's full of rocks and condoms float in the water. in my opinion, this trip was not worth the money, and if you really want to go to corfu, u should choose another hotel. if u care about the water being clear and sandy beaches, u should go to another town because nowhere around here u will find something like this. ohh... and if u are kinda of a party person, or u like to shop a lot, change ur plans because there are only a few shops, and not that many on the main road which is at 1 km away from the hotel and there are no clubs, but there are plenty of coffe shops/ bars/ pubs.
