This was a last minute family holiday, went as a group of 6 aged between 15 and 50 years.
Wouldn't advise for younger children as no kids club. Been to Tenerife many times but first time to this hotel.
Bedrooms very large and very clean. Close to beach, bars and Water Park.
Would visit this hotel again however pool and gardens on the small side, but not a problem as we love the beach.
Not too close to town centre but still within walking distance.

Lovely clean hotel situated in a quieter resort. The beach was well maintained and no doubt, during the busy summer season, the hotel would have had plenty to offer in the way of entertainment, beach activities, children’s' facilities etc.
We were lucky as we were allocated a room on the more modern side of the complex with a pool view, however others who booked a room with a sea view in the main hotel were disappointed as there was only a small shower rather than both shower and a bath.
Not sure if it should be classed as four stars though as the food wasn't up to four star standards and was often served cold with a lack of choices. Continental-style food, not really catering for the British palate.
The chambermaid staff were very friendly, however the hotel / reception staff and management didn't go out of their way to be courteous. Which was a shame.
We stayed there during the last two weeks of the season, which was ideal as the place was deserted, however the hotel did begin renovation works whilst we were sunbathing, which I thought was a bit out of order!
Also, it was rather upsetting to see the huge amount of stray cats and dogs around the hotel that were ignored by the hotel staff - and it was up to the tourists to feed them scraps. The Cretans certainly aren't animal lovers! (We did, in fact, adopt a kitten and dog whilst we were over there and they are due to fly over to us in England at the end of May!)
Would consider staying in the resort again, however may go Bed & Breakfast or self-catering next time!

At first we had a pool view which is over the road which you acsess by a subway my husband has breathing problems and there were quite a few steps , so we change to the hotel we looked over the road, but we didn't find it to noisey.
The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and the food catered for every nationality no complaints there. There isnt many bar in the area but they all make you welcome, you can walk or get the bus further into aghia marina where there are more bars or Palatanias which is very busy on a night and has night clubs etc it is only 1.5 euro on the bus, and a taxi back is about 7euro. It is a long time we have had a holiday were we lost all track of time, there is just something out aghia marina which is so relaxing, we will be going again I would highly recommend the area and hotel, but next time we will ask for a sea view which is extra but worth it.
