NH Centre Hotel

This hotel is not a ****star hotel but a ***star hotel. The hotel is not bad but they don't keep it very clean ! The food was not good and quite expensive,It is also a little bit far from the beautiful centre of Valencia ! And there is not so much to see in the neighbourhood of the hotel excepted a big shopping centre ! I will not recommend this hotel! A positive note : the very friendly staff !!!

Just stayed here for 2 nights with a group of work mates, no problems at all only a short 10 minute walk to the old part of town. Its not in the most attractive area but you can not grumble for the price £42 a night. Staff were fine and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

I stayed here during a weekend, so my opinion may vary from one during week days (cause this is a hotel for executives and cadres). It is 25 mtrs from bus station and 100 mtrs form the start of the old part of the city. It is not the best location possible but is better than other had seen (Valencia is a difficoult city to have a great location, because many interesting places are on opposite places of the city and the city itself is changing a lot. I stayed at this place in November 2004 while on business. I had never been to Valencia and had no recommendations to go on but I had stayed at NH Hotels before and they were perfectly fine so I thought that I would give it a try. I would definitely not recommend this place. The location is not great. The room was clean but nothing great. There was also a faint funny smell in the room and in the halls.
