Melia Plaza

July 3rd - just returned from the Melia Plaza in Valencia where we stayed for 2 nights. Hotel excellent, very clean & high standards. Staff spoke very good English and were really helpful providing lots of useful information on sightseeing, providing maps and routes etc. We had two rooms - one (1104) was great with a balcony and sunbeds provided. Just returned from 3 days at the Melia Plaza. It was a little bit more expensive than we are used to, but it was really excellent. We had a corner room overlooking the Plaza Del Ayuntamiento. It was more like a suite, with no detail overlooked. There were only soft lights in the bedroom, then there was a hallway with excellent mirrors and very bright lights so that you could get dressed for going out.
