" Great hotel, right in the centre of... "

Great hotel, right in the centre of the city. Went here for my birthday, the room we were originally in was nice but quite small, so my partner asked if we could switch rooms and they gave us the biggest room in the hotel with a huge balcony. Customer service is excellent and they helped in every way they could. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is rated 4 star, we had problems from the off, there is no hotel parking or garage as advertised on some sites we looked at. The nearest parking is in a multi-storey public car park across the road, which charges 15 euros for overnight, and is manned by Mr Personality of Valencia.

The hotel itself has a constant unpleasant smell coming from the corridors, once outside the hotel this smell has gone, so I can only conclude there is some problems with pipes, which leads me nicely to the hot water, there were only 3 setting for the shower, very hot/ intermittent very hot then freezing, and none, it made shower time very interesting...so we stuck to baths.

The upside is that the staff were very friendly and efficient, and the hotel is located near all shops and restaurants
