I am very disappointed about this hotel!
Arriving there with my car, there was no parking available.
No one would help me find another parking lot so I could stay anyway!
I didn’t stay in the hotel , but they charged me anyway true visa.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is right in the heart of the city, close to the bars and restaurants. The tapas bars are fabulous.
We booked hotel and flights separately, booking the hotel through a "discount" site and I am not sure if this was why we got put in such an awful room.
It was on the top floor with the noise of either aircon or generator vibrating through the room, the only window was an "internal" window with no view only other internal room windows, the "high tech" internet element of the room advertised was certainly NOT in our room but two computers were available in reception.
The strangest thing about the room was the glass bathroom door, certainly not satisfactory if you like privacy!
We were only there for four days, and we had received quite a cheap deal, so we did not bother complaining. The location certainly made up for it.
