Ad Hoc Monumental Hotel

This hotel rightfully earns its 3 stars. It's well located and has a certain charm by being neither a large, bland chain hotel nor a hyper-trendy designer hotel. Our trip to Valencia was originally for a week but we spontaneously decided to spend a few days in Seville too. Tried to book many of the larger hotels in Valencia, but so glad I didn't manage to. The hotel was charming and in an excellent location for exploring the historic centre of Valencia and also close to main roads around the city. Bedroom was spacious and the high beamed celings and exposed brickwork gave a cosy feel. Bathroom was well fitted and all was spotlessly clean. Hotel has an intimate feel that we found very appealing. Breakfast was basic but adequate. No bar but plently in close proximity. Also no parking - but public... more
