Generally the hotel is pleasant. It is clean and tidy and most staff are helpful and attentive. The pool area is well maintained and is a welcome relief in the hot summer period.


Reception staff could be surly but we found it best just to ignore this as on the whole staff were approachable.


Breakfast buffet ok - better choice with fruit and cereals rather than anything cooked.


Only complaint was that we reserved a "suite" however on arrival the room was nothing like the standard that you would expect when reserving a room labelled as suite. Rooms were quite dark and dingy... When we complained we were told we could take a double or room, stay put or leave the hotel and find something else as they were fully booked.



When trying to discuss this with reception they turned their back and refused to entertain the conversation any longer, which we thought was slightly unnecessary... However in fairness to the reception later that evening they offered to move us the following day and apologised.


Granada as a city is interesting and varied. The local cuisine and choice of tapas and restaurants were plenty.
