OK but not great

Stayed in this hotel in the first week of October. Although we had paid in advance via Expedia the hotel had no room for us on the first night and sent us across town to another hotel. No great problem except we had already researched and planned to visit places near the Vincci for our first night. Loved the location and no problem with noise at night. Room was exceptionally clean and adequately appointed, Disappointed though in roof terrace. No hot tub on terrace as advertised. Didn't eat here because there was so much choice outside...

Typical, high-end chain hotel.

My room and bathroom were large and impeccably clean. The location of this hotel is also good, but it had a certain impersonal feel - which I suppose is to be expected in a "chain" hotel. The staff were polite and efficient ... but no more. The only negative was that the room was warm at night (and I believe Seville can become significantly hotter than when I was there in mid September) but I couldn't adjust the air-con controls directly, so I suspect it's controlled centrally. Superior at the Rabida

This was a perfect hotel for us. Beautiful hotel on a quiet, cobble-stoned, residental street but within walking distance of everything. The staff helped us with everything- cabs, day trips and restaurants. All in English if necessary. Room was spacious. Ther only negative is that we did not have a good view from window- but maybe we should have asked for one. Great idea-have a late nite coctail from roof restaurant- unbelievable view!!!

ok but not wow

parking was difficult - leave the car if you can. however location good the foyer and dinning areas are great but the room we had was via two different escolators and was not above average. the a/c was a mystry to use. No UK cable channel - and only CNN if your language is english. we had mold in the bathroom breakfast was a good selection - but overpriced if you just wanted tea and toast - no middle ground - go out for better value btw Sevilla is well worth the visit.

Attracted by positive reviews here, I booked a 3-night stay here in late Aug- early September through expedia at an average of 82 euro per night exc. breakfast. We were very happy with the decision: the location is perfect and the hotel is charming. The bathroom was enormous and the air con worked perfectly despite the 40 degree temperature outside. The patio used for breakfast was charming. The only drawback was that to reach our room you had to go up in 1 lift then down in another...

Beautiful Hotel in Great Location

Very well presented hotel. The hotel looks just like in photos on web. Our room was big, very clean and fresh. Bathroom was monsterous and very nice. Minibar good, aircon good, beds good. Our view was nothing special, but that's not a problem. The rooftop has a good view and quite romantic at night. Staff all extreamly helpfull, great english skills, very nice.
