Vereda Real Hotel

we came back last night 1/9/10 we were very very dissapointed with the place.people who say it was ok don't know what they are talking about.
the rooms are dirty ants everywhere, the bath had rust all over the bottom of it in big chunks breaking off.
the pools had broken tiles, no air con, fans you hire did no good at all exept move hot air around, the beds had springs coming through them , we asked the manager to move us he did a week later to another room just as bad, the first room had double glazing (why in hot weather).
for all inclusive the food was dreadfull, more times than not it was cold even when it was hot food, there were whole tomatoes for breakfast, broke into one and it was full of worms, the plates ect are dirty, broken, so are the glasses, there was a cockroach my grandson saw, the waitress stomped on it and left it on the floor of the resturant/cafe, the staff there take the plates ect away before you are finished, they also open the bread, and also stir the hot/cool food and cold food without washing there hands, it is dirty. and i have never ever wanted to come home so much as i did there, the 2 reps were bombarded every day with complaints from others,
the company are full filling there obligation to the tour companys to the end of this season, as it has gon into recevership whith the prospect of demolishing the whole place, if they do this it may be better but put air con in and get shot of all the cockroaches around, yuk.
