The hotel is fantastically located for all of Seville's major sites, so much so that we were able to pop back during the day for toilet stops! I didn't find the hotel dirty and the staff were helpful unlike the experiences of some of the other reviewers. My only reservation is that we were allocated what I would consider to be a single room. The bed was around 120cm and pushed up against a wall in a very tightly packed room. Forget what you have read about this hotel in past reviews. They have come a long way. This hotel is in a absolutly fantastic location, just a block away from the Giralda Tower and Cathedral. Near great restaurants and shops. You can't get any better than that for the price. The rooms are clean and very well kept. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. The only advantage of staying in this hotel is the location. But there are other hotels around... They didn't have any parking available on our arrival and there were no effort in finding some in the 3 nights we stayed there. I have a one year old baby and we arrived there full of baggage, but the hotel doesn't have anyone to help with the luggage and the reception girl was very unfriendly. Apart from the low water pressure in the shower, I have no complaints about this hotel. Very modern and new with a very 'high tech' and 'noveau' feel to it. The rooms looked brand new with wood floors and very modern fixtures. Air conditioned, free room safe, plenty of closet/drawer space and modern bathroom (water pressure in shower could be better). This is by no means a four star hotel. We booked the room in advance but when we arrived there was no parking space available... rooms where not very tidy/dusty and where not cleaned, well cleaned is a big word, before 5 pm. Very annoying when you want to enjoy your siesta. Design is lacking finishing touch. Airco stops functioning when leaving the room so it gets rather hot. no bedlights, no toilet brush, internet is very very slow, something you're not expecting in a so called high-tech four star hotel.
