This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in after several visits to egypt.The hotel was dirty .The food was cold.The rooms were basic .Not much in the room worked.The music went on until the DJ felt like turning it off .The room cleaner gave us dirty towels from another... more

What a lovely Holiday. The Hotel is very clean and the staff are really hard working and friendly. I would recommend to tip early with the waiters, bar staff , pool staff and cleaner and then they really look after you. The food is good and the service we recieved in the... more

Just got back from Tropicana Grand Oasis 8 Feb 2009. A week all inclusive, weather was amazing not a cloud and a genuine 27 degrees with a welcome slight breeze. Hotel secure but friendly. 10 mins from Sharm airport - no aircraft noise. Terraced beach setting good, pools... more

We stayed in Grand Oasis 14th September/28th 2011 location fine for quiet holiday, staff pleasant and helpful. Room basic but clean, bath had no stopper water brown at times,but no explanation offered.There were more superior rooms, appeared to be allocated to chosen few.... more
