Not a single bit of the service has been adequate to the one that should be available in a 4 stars hotels like PP claims to be. The staff is extremely inhospitable, grinning at you and complaining if you ask something out of the ordinary (not a room with an original painting of Picasso hangin' on the wall... simply a cup of hot milk for breakfast).
The front desk staff is not helping at all... if possible, they try their best to create you problems (they didn't want to give me back my flight voucher, that was together with the hotel voucher).
The bar staff in one of the salons turns off the light at 12.30 without warning you at all, and regardless of what you are doing in the room and, if you don't go in your room just a bit later, the security staff follows you all the way round, until you go to bed.
One guest arrived late in the night got hurt because no one took her luggage to her room (neither accompanied her) and the lights on the path were switched off and she felt down. The staff told it was not a problem of theirs.
The animation show had to end within 11.30 PM and the music might go on (on low volume) just up to midnight.
All inclusive guests were treated with (if possible) even less respect than the FB/HB ones, with each service provided one step lower, in comparison with others.
No one should go to this hotel / village.
