Sir, The Resort is not 4 Hours away from the Manali Town, it is approximately 15 Kms from the heart of the town and even less from the bus-stand, if the correct directions are followed, since your driver took you on the wrong road your travelling time shot up to an hour, but even then it was no where near 4 hours. The boating lake is cleaned regularly to ensure top standards and is nothing like a *ganda nala*. Keeping up with the safety norms, our adventure games have the required safety measures including properly working safety belts. The Extra bed policy allows for two standards of bedding, An extra mattress which is set up as a perfect bed or a complete new cot, owing to your preference at the time of Check-in you were provided with a mattress. The bon-fire is arranged for everynight at the Resort. Our customer care takes special care to follow up with our guests however we have no mail from your account, as you have specified here.
