Las Olas I Apartments

Stayed for 12days AI with husband and 2 teenagers - overall food very basic (leftovers at lunch were used for evening meal!) towards end of 2nd week food choice became limited at one point even salad wasnt available!! Room was cleaned occasionally although wasnt very good - towels and bedlinen only changed twice (had to request more clean towels) Upkeep of rooms not very good - rust in bath, faulty sockets, ripped curtains. Have just come back from Las Olas went with my daughter for a relaxing holiday and having read the reviews was a bit anxious. However, need not have worried we had a lovely time, nice and relaxing just what we wanted. The rooms were basic but cleaned daily, we did have a problem with our first room which when we mentioned it we were moved immediately without question to another room. Appartments very basic but cleaned most day's. food edible for the first few day's if it's not used up at lunchtime then ( all inclusive ) you have it in the evening normally mixed with some kind of sauce . Very little choice same menu all week , but plenty of decent and reasonably priced places to eat in the high street . some people were unlucky with their accomadation, all i can say is the rooms were clean, the pool was cleaned every day, food was okay, breakfast had a good choice of food for everyone you get what you pay for , my family and i had a great time lots to do if you want the most out of your holiday or you can just lay by the pool all day, one complaint i would make would be how lazy and inconsiderate fellow british holiday makers were, leaving their litter and food all around the pool every day,how can people complain when they have no... more

Hello Last month i was staying at aparthotel las olas. I booked for a complete pack with Homegrown ( www.homegrown.es ) for 7 night las olas, transport airport and 6 days of surf. The hotel was clean and the surfteachers were very friendly and we had good waves at cotillo and drop beach. The beach is only a ten minute walk way, the supermarket a 2 minute walk and the old town only 15 mintues! perfect! The apartments are basic but contain everything you need -afterall you don't spend much time in them! It was cleaned evey day so no annoying sand underfoot after coming out of the shower! There is a choice of two pools which were never overcrowded so always a lounger free. We didn't stay for any food as we ate out every night as theres so much choice of resturants.
