Constance Moofushi Resort Maldives

We booked this resort at the end of October through Luxuryholidays Direct after reading about it in the Sunday Times. Knowing that it was only due to open 1st November, we were taking a bit of a flyer, but having spent 12 nights there we have to say that Constance have done a brilliant job to get the resort up to the level it has in such a short space of time, especially considering the logisical problems in getting things done in a reasonable timeframe in the Maldives, given it's location. We have recently returned from a twelve day stay at the Constance Moofushi Resort. The resort although brand new and experiencing a few small "teething" problems was fantastic. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring. Our accommodation (water villa 44) was ideally situated to enjoy the sunset each evening. Very comfortable, private and well serviced. We went 18 days after this wonderful hotel opened and loved it from start to finish. There were concerns and wind-ups on the Trip Advisor chat room that it wouldnt be open on time but I am pleased to say that it is fully open and gave us one of the best possible holidays we have ever had. And as we go for a quality holiday once every two years rather than quantity we have a fair idea about these things.
