I finally found my second home!

We are staying now since January 2010. I can say that this is my second home because of the friendly environment and staff as they are easy to talk with especially to our concerns. The rooms are modern (most probably newly refurbished) and elegant, the kitchen includes the basic cooking equipment and the apartment in general is above the standard compared with other apartment hotels in the city. The location is in close walking distance to the corniche and to the main business district.

We stayed at the Eclipse Hotel for several months and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the reception reservation team to the housekeeping team. All staff members went to great lengths to accommodate every request we made. We stayed in the two bedroom and the rooms were clean and carpeted. The furniture is trendy and functional. Great extended stay suite

I stayed at the Eclipse for 45 days compliments of my new employer, in July-August 2009. The staff was helpful and friendly. The one bedroom suite was very nicely furnished, with a spacious living room and bedroom; bathroom with makeup mirror and scale; kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, ironing board, washer and clothes rack. Very dissapointed

Had many problems while stay there. Amenities look cheap & facilities are not well maintain. Service very bad. Talked to someone who introduced himself as manager of Front Office about my complaint. He dont show his concern & just apologized without sincerity.I have stayed there on April & was well taken care by Front Office manager, who is different person. Very dissapointed. Now i stay in different service apartment which offer better rate & most important is BETTER service.
