Let's Sea Hua Hin Al Fresco Resort

We only stayed for one night but the hotel is so great that I feel I have to write a review to share our experience with you all. The hotel is very hip and peaceful. Our room is very clean. The bathroom is very impressive equipped with a big bathtub, two sinks, and a separate shower area that has both rain and regular showers. Since the hotel has only 40 rooms, it is very quiet. This small boutique hotel offers a unique experience. I stayed there with my family during the weekend. My mum loves the fact that we have a small pier as our balcony, allowing us to get into the pool from our room. Air-cond in my auntie's room didn't work properly though. The hotel is kinda pricey, but all hotels in hua-hin are pricey these days. Choose the Studio Pier, it's cheaper and (I think) nicer than the Moon Deck one. Staff are attentive and friendly.

Let's Sea is definitely one for younger couples. What it lacks in terms of activities you might find in chain-style hotels, it more than makes up in for in terms of chic desirability and minimalist, uncluttered aesthetics. If you are simply looking to chill, there are few better places to do it than at the poolside bar or the beachside restaurant. Let's state at the outset that Let's Sea is not for everybody; it's groovy, trendy, cutting edge and cool. It's radical architecture and hard lines will not appeal to those looking for a tropical wonderland. It does however, manage to do what it sets out to do very well indeed. We stayed at Let's Sea for 4 nights. After reading the relatively extreme reviews this hotel has received so far (both negative and positive), we try to be balanced and point out the positive and negative things we have experienced. Positive: - Exclusive as compared to mass market hotels/resorts like Hilton. - Quiet environment. There were not many guests and most of the time, we had the entire pool to ourselves, which was nice. I'd known Let's Sea years ago and impressed for its nice atmostphere restaurant. Later, the resort was built up. I stayed there in May 2007. The room rate is not cheap when comparing to other hotels in Hua Hin. However, they offer honeymoon package for a couple. Things are so great!! Private pier to the swimming pool that you can enjoy swimming whenever you want. Breakfast is also served in your room while you enjoy swimming. I like it!!! - Aey/BKK

We were very disappointed with our stay at this pretend Boutique. We stayed in the cheaper Studio Pier which was better than the pricey moon room as our balcony was connected to the pool. I suggest you don't pay for the upgrade. I agree with other reviews that the service is below the Thai Standard that most international travelers are used to. Way below normal Thai-standard. No beauty or atmosphere. No furniture in the room. You can either have a bath or go to bed!! Moonlight terrase not romantic at al. Breakfast very poor. Because of the weather and high tide, no beach. We will never ever come back.

We recently stayed at the hotel "Let us Sea" in Hua Hin. It really was a fantistic few days. The hotel is lovely and the pool AMAZING!!! The satff were especially helpful and the food/cocktails at the restaurant wonderful.
